Upon arrival Karen or Staff will greet you and show you where to set up.
Public Fair is 11-4
Vendors bring their own Tables, and supplies to set up!
Basic 6-8 foot area is designated, but this is really based on what you need. If you need a very large area to feature your products you will want to get 2 vending spots.
Please note this is a 3 story Inn. We have use of all three floor and a first floor Carriage House.
Vendors and Readers are placed based on first come first serve, starting on ground level to 3rd. This event was such a great event last year and the public enjoyed wandering the Inn. 3 floors was not a hindrance.
If you need wifi to process cards, we will have the password for you.

Please post on the Facebook event a bio about you and your services. This way we can promote you. I also encourage you to promote the event and share it on all your social media sites. This will allow better attendance for us all.
Vendors understand that attending the event does not guarantee any promise of business flow to your table. We try to promote and share with the public in social media and word of mouth best we can, but can not predict public flow. This is why it is important you personally make the public aware of your business being set up at the event.
You can arrive and set up at 9:00 am. Your name will be set out in your designated area. Upon arrival, you can find your spot.
If you have any questions, please message me. I often create a facebook group just for vendors a few weeks before the event. This will allow me to post any updates or information about the event as it draws closer.

All events, workshops, vending purchases are non-refundable or transferable to another event for any circumstance. I understand that life happens, however, I still have to pay for your attendance regardless. I price my events and fees as low as I can. There are no refunds.
If the event is rescheduled due to un-foreseen circumstances a new date will be rescheduled. If you are unable to make that new date, you then may use your purchase value for other events or services by Karen Tatro. You may also sell your ticket or spot to another person. There are no refunds.
