Arrival to set up is at 9:30
Vendors are to pull up along the main road in front of the Inn to unpack quickly to un pack. Please pull off the road to not block traffic. Or you may pull into the Inn and park in the very back parking lot and park to unload there.
*DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OF THE INN
*IF YOU PARK OUT FRONT ON THE ROAD TO UNLOAD, THIS IS LIKE A QUICK UNLOAD AND NOT DESIGNED TO BE PARKED FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES.
A staff member will be there to show you where to set up.
Vendors then can park at the church just up the road. There may be parking at the library's back parking lot. We have to double check with the library.
Space is designed for an E-Zup/canopy
*Please note this is not provided. You must bring your own canopy.
Crafters, Authors, Artists, Metaphysical merchants, candles, Apothecary, Healers and Readers, food and creative businesses are all welcome!
This is an OUTDOOR FAIR on our grand lawn. Plenty of space!
Inside is our Arcana Apothecary Tea Room Luncheon being served at 12 and 3 pm
*VENDORS CAN NOT PARK AT THE INN'S LOT, THIS IS FOR OUR TEA LUNCHEON GUESTS.

Vendors understand that attending the event does not guarantee any promise of business flow to your table. We try to promote and share with the public in social media and word of mouth as best we can, but we cannot predict public flow. This is why it is important you personally make the public aware of your business being set up at the event. We are providing a space for you to do your business.
Please share a bio about your services along with pictures and posts on the Facebook event page and promote it on all your social media sites. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU NEED TO PROMOTE AND SHARE IN THE FACEBOOK EVENT AND THE AREA OF THE GREENFIELD INN BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THE PUBLIC WILL SEE IT. Many share on their own public profiles which is wonderful, however, if you are a vendor that is not local, then the local public has no way of knowing you. Join local groups and town pages to post the Facebook event that you are selling your merchandise and services at.
People love excitement!
The more that the public sees the event being promoted and talked about, the more likely they are desiring to attend. Sharing your attendance also allows the public to know you are providing your talents and services.

*WEATHER UPDATE! We can not control the weather and want to ensure that the opportunity for sales is available. If the Weather is going to be a hindrance for the public attendance and in consideration of your products and services, we will offer an opportunity to transfer to a different date, based on our decision. Light rain or a cloudy, chilly day is not considered inclement weather.
