Karen and The Uplands Inn are providing vendors with an opportunity and space to offer their merchandise and/or services to the public.
Participation in the event does not guarantee attendance, customer traffic, sales, bookings or any particular business results. We will make reasonable efforts to promote the event through social media and word of mouth; however, public attendance cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to actively promote their own participation in the event.
By participating, vendors acknowledge that they are attending and providing their products or services of their own free will and are responsible for their own business activities.
Any spiritual, intuitive, metaphysical or similar experiences are subjective and are subject to the individual participant’s interpretation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There are NO REFUNDS for vendor fees for any reason, including inability to attend, illness, inclement weather or a rescheduled event.
Vendor fees cannot be transferred to another event.
By submitting payment and reserving your vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
