Karen's Relax & Revive Session
Karen' Relax and Revive treatment is all about a mini self care opportunity for relaxation an insight.
Karen's begins with using her massage chair for guests to be seated. Please wear a loose shirt that alows for Karen to access your neck and shoulders more freely.
I begin with an aromatherapy massage of your scalp, shoulders and neck area, as that is where we hold so much tention. It is amazing how just a few moments in these areas can release tention.
This is then followed by some Reiki Healing along with the opportunity for me to tune into your energy and connect with your spirit guides that walk with you in this life, and pass along a message from them.
Passed loved ones may come in during this session. I will also pull a Rune Card for you with the message of the cards wisdom.
Your appointment is in a relaxing enviroment with sounds designed for ultimate peace and tranquility.
Session is approx 20-30 minutes.
