The Runes are an ancient form of Divination (consulting an Oracle) much like using tea leaves, tarot cards, and such) This is not having your fortune told but more of consulting the Rune Stones which provide a "mirror for the magic of our knowing selves", a meaning of communication with the knowledge of our subconscious minds. It is often described like having a conversation with yourself. The conversation that you do not always share with people but is running in your mind. The stone will tap into this area and help you see more clearly.
