I spend a great deal of time working on private cases as this is truly my passion to help assist home owners and spirits residing.

PLEASE READ!!

Before I can move forward with taking on your case, there are important things to go over and also to take this time to explain how this all works for acquiring my assistance.

I do require a signing of a waiver, as I will need you to understand the legal releases that protect you as the owner of the home and myself. If you are not the owner there is a separate waiver for you as a renter.

I also do charge for this service, if you are not within my home area. On average it takes several visits, and a great deal of my personal time to help assist homeowners and the spirit or spirits residing. It isn't about just coming and walking in your house and saging and telling the spirit to leave, as many are mis-informed about. With this economy and travel expenses such as gas and devoting a full day, I simply can’t travel and work for free.
This fee will be discussed if I am able to take on your home.


I generally come on a weekday morning or afternoon to do my assessment.

I understand that this may not work for everyone. I have very limited days that I can travel, as I travel on weekends for my events and also have weekday spirit gallery shows . So I can only come based on my schedule.

Usually, someone would meet me at the house to let me in and just let me spend time in the home alone. Most spirits are very receptive to me and usually, I don't have trouble talking with them. I like to be alone for a few hours in the home, as I need to not be distracted and need to tune into the energies of the home. Often owners may let me in and then go off for a few hours or so.
I have had many that can't be at the house and leave a key accessible for me to let myself in and lock up.

As odd as that sounds, I am very trustworthy and can give you many references. You would not have to worry about me. I'm here to help and not damage or steal anything from your home.

I introduce myself to the house and then go from there to meet them and assess what the reasons are they are still there. I really can't predict what the issues are until meeting them and often times I would have my assistant do a little research if I need her to help me figure out who is there.


Most SPIRITS linger for strong reasons or are very attached to the house. Some have issues that they are afraid to move on. Fear of where they are going, especially if they have a strong fear of religious beliefs and have emotions or issues to resolve. I often am not sure if I am going to be a priest, friend, and confidante or a bully to force a spirit that doesn't belong there out. Lol Spirits that have deep-rooted anger or have died on the property often have issues that really put me the postion of being a therapist for them. I have assisted in murders, suicides and even a priest that needed redemption before he could move on. I have had spirits that hurt and greatly affected the wellbeing and health of the homeowners. And some just can easily co exist and are previous owners of the property and cause no harm as they come and go checking in on their property.

I usually do not like to know any insight, so please don't tell me anymore about the spirit itself that you know of. I like to go in without knowing so that I can fully not have any preconceived information. Many times you can also tell the spirit that I am going to be coming to assist them and help them and ask them to be patient.


If your home’s activity warrants additional visits which can be due to many spirits in the home, spirits that are require more assistance to move on. This is regarding resolvent for the spirits lingering. It isn't as simple to just tell them to leave. After all, this is their home, and it would be like someone coming in to tell you that you have to move. As explained below, there are many reasons spirit linger. An example is one of my current cases that had turned into not such a simple case. This case is an unsolved murder, and this has required more than 3 visits to the home. This is a great deal of time, research and visits that become a financial strain. In order for it to not be an expense for the homeowner and myself.
There are some Ideas of ways to help me with this cost if your home requires a lot of visits.

Please understand that I cannot 100% guarantee that I can remove the spirit/spirits. I will do my best to identify the spirits that reside, help them move on or co-exist. I will also be honest and upfront if the people in the home have abilities or situations that draw spirits to them. Many people have mediumship and intuitive abilities they may not be fully aware of. Spirits can see those that do and often migrate to them. We are like a beacon shinning light out to them.
Substance abuse and mental depression and lifestyles also can attract certain spirits to people.

I do film my cases and will not show your house or location or anything that would be sharing your privacy or personal life.

I am currently filming episodes for a YouTube TV show that we are producing this year and some of my private cases are included in extra episodes. If you do want to have me interview you or have your story be known, let me know and we can do that. I would then just simply film you and I talking about your house.
That is totally up to you and not necessarily for me.

I just have to mention it as I am filming everything I do. But do 💯 keep the privacy of my cases private. I also am a published author of Spirit Adventures. Each of my books does include my private cases. Your identity is not disclosed unless you wish it to be known for the purpose of helping others understand your story.

I will be honest and truthful of what I find in your home and my goal is to help you and also the spirit or spirits in the home. If I am unable to do so, I will make recommendations and also have a plethora of experienced colleagues in the field to call on.
