Thank you for wishing to book a private gallery in your home.
We host private galleries weekday evenings we do not have weekends available.
Gallery is from 6:30-9pm Please have your guests arrive by 6:15
Below is payment information to secure your date.
Payment for our min is due within 2 weeks of booking the date.
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to hold the date.
We require a min of 10 guests for both Pauline and Karen to travel for the gallery. $65 pp ($650) is total min due with additional guest above 10 $65 each
If you are not able to meet 10 guests,
Karen can travel alone for up to 6 guests, which meets the non-refundable deposit. Due to many galleries canceling last min and not meeting our min, we have updated our policy of pre-payment deposit.
It isn’t fair to the hostess to pay for guests who cancel or don’t show up. Sadly, it happens. We love hosting galleries and it is a passion with such meaning, but it also is our livelihood. On average Pauline and Karen spend 5-6 hours with the gallery and travel time. Being a medium is Karen’s full time profession and galleries are part of her income. When a gallery is cancelled or has low attendance, without proper time to book another group, this greatly affects our livelihood, especially in a time that our economy is extremely expensive.
Please explain to guests that Purchasing their spot/ticket to our event has standard event policies. Just as purchasing a ticket to a movie, concert or show event, there are no Refunds if you are unable to attend.
We encourage hostesses to invite 15 guests to ensure that you will meet the min of 10 guests. As people often cancel last minute.

What is a Spirit gallery?
"A gallery reading is an intimate two hour gathering where Karen and Pauline will bring to you messages
from the spirit world to individual participants. These messages facilitate an amazing amount of
healing, clarity, peace and proof of existence after death. Even though not everyone may get a message,
the group positively benefits from the messages."

Karen will also use her Rune Stones as part of the delivering of messages, to help ensure everyone has some insight. We can’t always promise that passed loved ones come through but can deliver spirit guide messages and insight that comes in.

What is a Rune Stone Reading?
This is an overall reading using the ancient Rune Stones to read the overall areas of your life that are most at hand. This is a unique style I created years ago and have brought them back to share with you.
What are Rune Stones? The Runes are an ancient form of Divination (consulting an Oracle) much like using tea leaves, tarot cards, and such) This is not having your fortune told but more of consulting the Rune Stones which provide a "mirror for the magic of our knowing selves", a meaning of communication with the knowledge of our subconscious minds. It is often described like having a conversation with yourself.
Often during the Stone reading, passed loved ones and spirit guides will add messages to assist in the reading for you.
